These 88 townhouses were developed by DHS and launched in January 2006. There were various configurations to choose from and this development was sold out in just one week. All units were built by Accolade Construction and completed in July 2006.

Club Terrace (Linksfield)
Consisted of 115 cluster homes in a modern European architecture. Developed by the Rodrigues Group with Accolade Construction appointed as the sole contractor in 1999 for the last ……….. homes. This is a very popular complex and units sell very quickly once going onto the market.

Accolade Construction merged the business of Maccon Construction into its business in July 2003 making it the largest (and preferred contractor) on Pecanwood for a while. It built many homes on the Estate until it consolidated and withdrew to focus on projects elsewhere in September 2004.
