The Accolade Property Group, based in the leafy Sandton suburb of Lonehill in Johannesburg, was initially established in 1958 and 1965 respectively as two independent family businesses. The Group and "brand" was formed in 1999 by the merger of these two diverse yet mutually dependent successful businesses. The Group was purposely initially geared to service the need of an up-market and highly discerning residential market, primarily located in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg and Sandton, but, has subsequently spread this expertise very successfully into the mid-income, leisure and commercial market.
The Group has positioned itself as a single-stop organisation, offering custom designed and built structures, tailor-made to suit individual clients, and its aim is to provide exemplary service to its clients.
Accolade believes it will continue to create value and achieve success by establishing individual partnerships with each client, and ensuring that through their service they would minimise the "hassles", anxieties, and problems normally associated with any construction and development project.
The Group has aligned itself with a number of highly reputable and professional, service and supply companies, that are regarded as leaders in their respective fields.
