This company has successfully developed mostly upmarket Northern Suburbs (Johannesburg) based projects. Ninval Properties is a fully fledged property development company formed in 1995, primarily as a vehicle to purchase land, upgrade establishment rights on that land, appoint & manage a professional team, install service infrastructure, and ultimately bring a final product to the market. This company was established in 2001 and operates from a Head Office in Benoni, where it has a strong presence developing large sectional title and other complexes on the East Rand. This is the newest addition to the Accolade family, established in 2007.
